EZDawn provides a digital wellness platform designed to help users build better morning routines through education, guided routines, insights, and personalized guidance. The service includes free features and optional Premium features.

By creating an account or using EZDawn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

EZDawn provides general wellness education only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition, sleep disorder, chronic fatigue, mental health concern, or any other health issue, please consult a qualified professional before changing your routine or following any guidance from EZDawn.

You are responsible for your own health decisions and for determining whether any recommendation is appropriate for your situation.

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
• Keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must not misuse the service, create fake accounts, or use EZDawn in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

EZDawn offers free features available to all users and optional Premium subscription features. Premium features may include advanced insights, custom routines, extended coaching, and other tools.

Premium features require payment through Stripe or other approved payment providers. Pricing and available features may change with reasonable notice.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing period you choose (for example, monthly or yearly), unless you cancel before the next billing date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not necessarily provide refunds for billing periods that have already started or completed, unless applicable laws require otherwise.

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. EZDawn does not store full payment card details.

You agree not to use EZDawn in any way that:

• Attempts to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Abuses, reverse engineers, scrapes, or misuses the platform.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringes on the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these rules or harms the service or other users.

EZDawn's content, branding, software, materials, and other assets belong to EZDawn or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from these materials without explicit permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to EZDawn, but you grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the service.

EZDawn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZDawn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You are solely responsible for the routines, decisions, and actions you take based on EZDawn's content and guidance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the effective date. Your continued use of EZDawn after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
